COUNCILLOR CONCERNED AT CLAIMS THAT GPS CHARGING FOR BLOOD TESTS

first_imgInishowen Sinn Féin councillor Jack Murray has expressed concern that some Donegal GPs are charging medical card holders for blood tests.Cllr Murray said that he received confirmation from Donegal’s Area Manager for the HSE that medical card holders are entitled to blood tests for free.Cllr Murray said “I have been contacted by a number of medical card holders in Inishowen who were charged €10 by their GP for a blood test.
