He was arrested on Sunday, Oct. 14 for the alleged incident. Brooks made his season debut last week against Indiana, returning from a leg injury and surgery in the spring. He was cleared to play a week before last week’s game, but didn’t return because of the allegations.Fleck said his status on the team was “evolving” after he returned from the suspension.
